Changing the Outgoing Server in MAC Mail |
1. Click Mail, and then Preferences on the drop down.
This opens a window with preference choices.
2. Click the Accounts Icon, opening the Accounts window.
3. Click the Account Information which opens the window
that includes the Outgoing Mail Server with a drop
down list on the right side of the box.
4. Select "Add Server" Add Server opens the SMTP Server Options window.
5. Enter smtp2.crosslink.net in the Outgoing Mail Server
box.
6. Leave Server Port set to 25. Don't click the
Secure Server box.
7. In the Authentication drop down select Password. Enter User Name and password. Click OK. |
